1）業績要求：所投有桿飛機牽引車的制造商從2010年1月1日（含）起，在中國大陸（不含港、澳、臺地區）的50噸及以上有桿飛機牽引車銷售數量應在1臺（含）以上。（請提供相關證明材料。所提供的證明材料應能證明銷售時間，噸位等上述關鍵點的要求）

2）投標人必須是具有獨立法人資格的制造商或經制造商授權的貿易公司。

(please provide the relevant proof material. Proven materials shall be able to prove the sale time, the tonnage and other key points of the above requirements.
